A Place for Everyone

God has given every one of us abilities and talents that can help build up the church and heal the world. The Apostle Paul called these abilities, "gifts differing." When we use the gifts God has given us, there is a sense of satisfaction that comes from nothing else. It is a brilliant design.

But... it is important that we find the area of service that fits with the gifts God has given. Many of us have had the experience of being square pegs in round holes in our life in the church. At BCC we work to identify the gifts each of us has and to find places of service that bring satisfaction. There are many ways that you can use your gifts as you join us in ministry here at BCC.

Each area of our church’s organizational life works to build the overall life of the community. Somewhere in the overall life of our church there is a place where you can offer your time and talents. We see all volunteer service as “ministry”. Reflect on the various areas of our church life and see where God’s Spirit may lead you to become a part of our ministry. There is a place for everyone regardless of how much time you have or what your interests may be.
